Life through Self-Knowledge

Paramahansa Vedic Counseling

Paramahansa Vedic Counseling takes its name from the Paramahansa — the Supreme Swan of Vedic tradition, whose gift is discerning milk from water: extracting only what is pure and true. This becomes the guiding principle of the work — to help clients see clearly what is real, what is enduring, and what their true nature beneath layers of conditioning and accumulated patterns.

Vedic Counseling brings Ayurveda, Jyotish, the four aims of life, and mindfulness practices together to address the whole person. Ayurveda works with the body, health, diet, and daily lifestyle — restoring vitality and balance from the ground up. Jyotish illuminates the karmic patterns, timing, and deeper tendencies that shape y life — revealing what is ready to change and what calls for healing, growth, understanding and acceptance.

these are not separate problems. They are expressions of a life out of alignment — in the body, in daily living, and in the deeper karmic currents that shape experience from beneath the surface.
